Hope Challenge · 24 May 2007

In May 2008 the Hope Charity joined Norwood's umbrella of children and family services. The HOPE Centre is non-denominational and helps children aged between 3 - 19 with a wide range of learning disabilities such as moderate to severe global learning disability, severe and complex language disorders, ADHD and autistic spectrum disorders to reach their full potential using the methodology of Professor Reuven Feuerstein

Story

Dear Friends and family

Thank you for visiting my justgiving page.

You will think I'm crackers, but I've decided to hike to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and then climb all the way back to the top to raise desperately needed funds for the HOPE Centre - a unique institution that helps children suffering learning disabilities to achieve their full potential.

I am undertaking this challenge in memory of my late husband Basil, whose grandson Jonathan was one of the lucky children who benefited from the wonderful work of the HOPE Centre

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Hope Charity will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you - plus higher rate taxpayers can claim tax relief worth another 23% of  the gift.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
