Finally the time has come for me to take part in a real Triathlon, I have been involved in Triathlons for 18 years.  Take part in Triathlons World wide and a all levels, however i believe that you have not done Tri's until you have done an Ironman.  I will be competing at the World Fire Fighter Ironman Championships in Roth Germany 12th July 2009.  Between now and then I will be using different events for training and also fund raising (London or Edingburgh Marathon).
