As you've probably noticed I am doing a fun run to raise money for Prostate UK, this is a charity dear to me as my own father passed away on 28th May 2008 from prostate cancer.  I hope that in the future the lives of more men will be saved because of  the medical research and training that events like this raise money for.

This fun run will be held at Battersea Park in London on 21st June (yes Fathers day) you can get more information or even register at www.pantsinthepark.org
