We are hosting a Fitness Fiasco on Saturday 26th October.

We are running 24 fitness sessions from 8am - 6pm. There will be something for everyone. The sessions include Spin, Pilates, Fitness Yoga, Boxercise, Aqua, kids sessions and all your favourite Les Mills programmes.

All the instructors are giving us their time to help this very deserving cause.

This event is open to non-members too so tell your friends and family!

We suggest a donation of £1 per session attended and you can do as many as you wish.

Please book on to each session at leisure reception.

We will also have a bring and buy bake sale on the day. These are always a huge success so all you budding Mary Berrys and Paul Hollywoods bring something for the table and those who don't bake bring some spare change. No need to worry about the calories, they can be worked off on the day!
