<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt;">Maggie's Monster Bike and Hike is a huge fund-raising effort in the Scottish Highlands which raises millions of pounds for cancer care centre.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>2011 will be the fourth year in a row a team from Fleet Alliance has taken part. However, this year we’ve gone one better and become the first <strong>Official Transport Partner</strong> for the event. </span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt;">Fleet Alliance will provide an assorted fleet of vehicles, including people carriers for Maggie’s staff and volunteers, 4x4 vehicles for teams of off-road marshals, road cars for route marshals and medics, mini-buses for participants.</span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt;">Maggie’s Monster Bike and Hike has raised over £4million in the last six years through the fund-raising efforts of almost 5,000 participants in the gruelling 30 mile cycle ride and 43 mile hike or run in the Highlands of Scotland.</span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt;">Last year, a team of eight from the Fleet Alliance head office in Glasgow took on the challenge with great success - raising an astonishing £13,000, thanks to support from clients, suppliers, staff and family members.</span></span></span></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: x-small;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"><span style="mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt;">This year we have a seven-strong team consisting mainly of Monster Bike and Hike stalwarts. <strong>David Blackmore</strong>, <strong>Iain Boyle</strong>, <strong>Martin Brown</strong>, <strong>Martin Gray</strong>, <strong>Jill Sidebottom</strong> and <strong>Lianne Still</strong> who all took part last year, with <strong>Michael Savage</strong> joining the team for 2011.</span></span></span></p>
