Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Last year I ran the Baker Hughes 10K in 1hr 4mins and 1 sec and raised £290 for Cancer Research Uk.

This year I aim to raise £500 and I also intend to complete the race in under an hour - hopefully made easier by the fact I won't have a broken rib this time around!

The money is again going to Cancer Research UK and for even better reason as my Grandad was sadly diagnosed with cancer last year and passed away in the summer.

I'm running this race in memory of him and to try to help others in the same situation.
