Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. We are going to run the Flora London Marathon this year in support of the charity, Hearing Dogs for Deaf People. In order to make it that little bit harder and hopefully raise a little more money, we plan to run in full ‘Dalmatian Dog’ costumes. Hearing Dogs is the only charity in the UK that trains dogs to alert deaf people to important household sounds and danger signals. It changes the lives of their deaf owners by providing greater independence, confidence and security. Around 75% of dogs selected for training come from rescue centres so the lives of unwanted puppies are transformed too. Hearing Dogs are a charity that do not receive any Government funding and so rely entirely upon the generosity of supporters.
