We are a small charity with a big ambition set up in memory of Oscar Cole who died very suddenly aged just 16 months in June 2014. We are helping to bring the future of Healthcare to children by utilising the latest technologies such as data science, artificial intelligence and digital solutions.

Story

Thinking of Oscar was set up in memory of my cousin's little boy, Oscar Cole, who died suddenly in June 2014 aged just 16 months.  Thinking of Oscar supports children and their families whilst in hospital care by funding projects and innovation over and above that supplied by the NHS.  To date Thinking of Oscar has raised in excess of £150,000 and has funded innovative vein finding devices into the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.

I'm not a runner so it will be interesting to see how I get along! The most important thing is to finish and try my hardest in memory of little Oscar and to help other children and families in need. I didn't want to set a fundraising target because anything is great but it appears I have to.

Anything is better than nothing!
