As many of you know, we spent some years in 4 Para, with Nick (who stayed in longer) and went for a tour in Iraq with 3 Para in 2003.

So to say this is a cause that's close to our hearts is a massive understatment. This run is up in Catterick and is over the same course we ran when we completed P Company (in 1997!) and won the famous Red Berret. Hopefully this time we'll get the chance to ENJOY it! (Foggy mate, we won't enjoy it at all)

And yes one of us is doing it in boots, trousers and carrying 35lbs in a bergan.  Which one is the daftest?
