Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.
On the 9th of June this year, a group of us will be setting out to hike Hadrian's Wall. Not wanting to miss an opportunity to make a difference while we do so, we hope to raise money for leukaemia research in the process.
The cause was brought to our attention by the sad death of David Maw in December 2008. Whilst we didn't know him directly, he was married to a member of the band Tanglefoot, whom we all follow. Thus we also hope to give something back to them in this as a thank you for their hard work over the years in keeping us entertained.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor us: The Leukaemia Society (UK) gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
