<p>I am running in the Langley 7 race on Staurday 6th Nov, which is a very steep and hilly 7 mile run around the outskirts of Macclesfield Forest. Not that far you're thinking? it makes up for it in gradient! And more importantly, its an opportunity to raise money for Cancer Research on behalf of Gary Openshaw, who is about to embark on a 2nd course of treatement as his cancer has returned. If anyone can beat it Gary can, you've done it before you can do it again!&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Well&nbsp;I did it!
