Hello,
As a lot of you are aware, rather stupidly I have committed to running this year's London Marathon on April 23rd. The good news is that I'm running in aid of John Groom's, which some of you will remember as the charity Lucy used to work for. Is for a very, very good cause - John Groom's works with and provides services / support to disabled people across the UK. Please do give as much as you can and your support is very much appreciated. If you're in London on the day then do come down and support, I'll need it..............
