Story
We are raising funds through WORLDwrite for Millicent Kumeni, a volunteer who has made a big impact in the UK and is the star and inspiration for the short documentary Cash Back, highlighting the role of remittances. Millie's visa expires this August and she will no longer be able to send cash back home to Ghana to pay her brother's school fees and finish a house for her family. It will be very difficult to invite Millie back to the UK in the future due to the new immigration points system. We would like to wish her farewell and provide her with a gift to say thankyou and to support her in Ghana. Do dig deep for Millie and we will hand her all funds raised .
