In 2009, Keith Carby, Chairman of Foster Denovo came up with the idea of inviting a group of like-minded executives from the financial services industry to take part in one of life’s great challenges - to cycle the length of Great Britain and to raise money for a worthy cause.
His goal will be achieved in early October, when around 20 industry leaders, under the ‘Moneyspinners’ banner, will complete a 10-day ride from Land’s End to John O’Groats. Amongst these riders are 3 members of Foster Denovo; Keith himself, Roger Brosch (CEO) and Tony Smith an IFA Partner. Other participants include senior executives from Aegon, Royal London Group, , Abbey and Bluefin to name a few.
All team sponsorship raised through Moneyspinners will go towards Naomi House Children’s Hospice, providing respite care, terminal care and bereavement support for children and families from across the south of . They provide care and support through good days, difficult days and last days to children, young people and their families from the counties of Berkshire, Dorset, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Surrey, and Wiltshire.
