I'm a writer, a blogger and a fund raising jogger.
2008 - ran 50K in 3 days from my birthplace in Essex through London and onto CASPA HQ in Kent.
2010 - launch of "fourdaysrunning" with the massive London to Brighton run 100K in four days.
2011 - and now...the epic 100K run round the world famous Isle of Wight. Four days of running along beaches and through woods, passing towns and villages, across trails and fields and up some of the Island's mighty hills.
