OK , so this year's challenge is.......The Commando Challenge.  We get to do the marine assault course on woodbury common, with marines shouting at us whilst we're getting very wet and muddy, crawling through pipes filled with gravel, wading through rivers and being pulled through infested water filled tunnels. GREAT FUN!  Now obviously we have done lots of training for this (as always!!...whoops) so we need all the help we can get! There are 12 of us competing in total and our team is called C4! 

Please give generously for Air Ambulance so that our efforts are not in vain!  If you want to come and watch, please feel free to do so...but honestly no pointing and laughing would be much appreciated.
