I will be attempting to drag myself up Mt. Kilimanjaro in October in an effort to raise buckets of cash for Help for Heroes.

Help for Heroes is a fantastic charity that supports wounded servicemen and women who have been injured in the current conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.
