It's that time again when I don my Lycra for a very good cause and come cap in hand. 

This time I'm peddling 100k from the Olypmic VeloPark into the Essex countryside and back again all for the excellent Prince's Trust. 

Good old Barclays will be match funding what I raise and all I ask is a fiver.  So get donating!!!!
