Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

For some strange and unknown reason, I have volunteered to abseil off the Transporter Bridge in Middlesbrough on June 8th 2008 to raise money for Daisy Chain (they are building a respite centre for children with autism).  Not sure which will be worse - the climb to the top or stepping off the side (you can see the ropes on the RHS of the image - that's where I'll be stepping off!).  While I really do hate heights (I'll be 160 feet up), I'm sure that you'll agree that its for a really good cause.  Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Daisy Chain Project Teesside will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 25% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
