I am riding from Lands End to John O'Groats for ALD Life. This is rather a personal issue for me as my brother in law - Tom has recently been diagonsed with the adult version of ALD (AMN). I'm cycling for him and anyone else with this condition.

Four of us are leaving Lands End on Sunday 6th July and plan to be at John O'Groats on the 20th July. A total of 1100 miles - its not going to be easy. However, I've heard it gets easier after the sixth day !!
