I am running the 10k BRITISH RUN! On 12th July 2009. I have decided to run for the amazing charity of Action on Elder Abuse. The charitys main priority is to protect, and prevent the abuse of older adults.

I am sure you have all seen the programmes on TV of the elderly in care homes being treated in apalling ways or even in the midst of their own homes- where they should feel at their most secure, so helping raise money for this charity can help prevent this with every penny I raise. Please remember the money raised is NOT for me, but for the CHARITY.
