We are joining in on Birmingham's first half marathon 'The Tour De Brum'. Having  nursed an injury for the last six weeks I probably should have entered the wheel chair race but nevertheless I'm running and going for something under the two hour mark, which should allow for a bit of sight seeing along the way. And we all have to do the whole route too cus'  we're all tagged like a bunch of day release cons.

It's a Birmingham charity and it's so easy to give.
