<p>Hi everyone,</p> <p>This May I will be taking part in Tough Mudder, a 12 mile assault course consisting of almost 30 stages ranging from sprinting through fire to crawling through stinging nettles!</p> <p>In the process I hope to raise money for King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill) to support their fantastic doctors and reseachers; in particular I am raising money in recognition of their world-class head trauma team who saved the life of my sister's fianc&eacute;, Jamie Mckechnie after he suffered a severe head injury in August 2011. The hospital also carries out world class research which aids the recovery of its patients long after they have left the emergency rooms.</p> <p>So please don't hold back you generosity in supporting this fantastic hospital; I will be putting myself through a muddy version of hell, so please make it worth my while by digging deep!</p>
