My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I have managed to prise myself off the couch and register to do the the New York Marathon in November 2008 with the CAFOD team but  to ensure I keep up the training programme programme until November  I am also going to attempt the London Marathon in April 2008. So far I am doing very well with some of the training programme, every second day is a rest day and on these days I am 100% commtted to the programme, the other days that require me to train outside in the winter weather I am finding slightly more challenging.
