Thanks for visiting our fund-raising page. On Saturday September 13th we joined with three friends and many others in cycling from church to church to raise money for Friends of Kent Churches (a body which gives grants for church repairs). Actually 50% of the money we raise comes back to our own Trinity Church in Sissinghurst where we were married and where we worship. We managed to visit 20 churches on Romney Marsh and covered 41 miles, arriving at our last church with one minute to spare before the doors closed at 6 pm.
We are very grateful to our generous sponsors and to anyone else who still feels able to join in. Tomorrow we're going on holiday to recover! Frederick and Lorraine
