Thank you for coming to my Just Giving page
My friend Archie David and I have been taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award Scheme this year and as part of it we decided to try and climb the Three Peaks, to raise money for for "Build IT" a charity run by our friend's dad.
Scafell Pike in the Lake District is roughly 3,200 ft we climbed it in April this year with Mum and Dad and our friend Dan Jowett. Two days later we went up Snowden (3,560ft) with Archie's Dad and brother, Dan Jowett and his Dad (See the photo). Then in August Archie and his Dad and brother climbed Ben Nevis (4,400 ft) and later in the month I did it with Dad. That is over 11,000 ft in all
Please would you help me to raise my target of £300 or more for this really good charity that helps people in Africa to help themselves. Although what we did was good fun, it was a big challenge and hard work, especially for my Dad.
If you know of someone else who might be interested in giving to this good cause, please email this to them.
Thanks so much from Fred
