Our goal is to raise £2,013 for Hope House Children's Hospices throughout 2013 by organising a variety of fundraising events, activities and securing donations.
Hope House Children's Hospices provide specialist nursing care and support to life-limited children, young people and young adults from Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales.
