Story

Update:
I DID IT!! I am now a London Marathoner :D
Completed it in 6.41.44 and my aim for the day was just to finish before they packed away the finish line :P
Knee went at mile 11/12, "hit the wall" at about mile 13, but picked myself up and hobbled to the end :)
A massive thank you to everyone for their support!

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!

Being the incredibly foolish, volunteering person that I am, I have agreed to run (injury and knees permitting!) the 2010 Virgin London Marathon to raise money for Tuberous Sclerosis (TS). This is a complex genetic condition that affects my sister, along with epilepsy and autism.

I will be the first to admit that I am no runner, and it will be an exceptionally hard challenge, but I am determined to run for TS to try and raise funds and awareness for this little known disability.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Tuberous Sclerosis Association gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Sunday 14th March saw the arrival of the Silverstone Half Marathon! My official time is 3 hours, 1 minute and 35 seconds :)

Anything you give will help towards changing the lives of other people! Please sponsor me

Thank you!

Freya
