I am running this year's British 10k London run.  Admittedy I don't expect to win the race, indeed I expect to hold onto my position as FRG's slowest running - but I don't care! 

The monies raised will enable us to campaign for legislative and practice changes that would enable:

- more  vulnerable children, who would otherwise be in care, to be raised safely and securely by grandparents and other relatives and

- these children and carers to receive the practical and financial support they need, including help with managing contact.
