Wow... THAT was a trip !

On Saturday August 6th Emzo, Paul and I completed our abseil down Guy's Hospital Tower.

It was an incredible buzz, and more importantly, between the three of us we raised a lot of money for Cancer Research UK! In total, we topped £1300, which is just excellent.

I'd like to say a *huge* thanks to everyone who sponsored me, and supported us on the day.
