Story

Frugalgaming has been saving gamers money for games for a while now.

We have the most followers of any gaming deal site on Twitter, giving the latest and best deals direct via regular Tweets.

http://www.twitter.com/FrugalGaming

We're also backed up by one of the friendliest communities on the web.

In the spirit of both saving money and in the spirit of giving, we have come up with this idea for a charity fundraiser. This page gives us the opportunity to give some of our time to helping and the hard task of asking you to give.

To complement this page we have come up with a fundraising idea for our community as outlined below.........

Most gamers have a collection of games sitting and collecting dust. If and when we decide to trade them in we usually end up being ripped off by high street retailers.

They may give us a couple of quid for our old games, then sell them on for a hugely inflated rate.

So we suggested, purely in the spirit of genorisity, that our members offer to give their old games away.

Anyone that wanted a game that was on offer has the game sent to them by the donor. On reciept of the game a donation is made on this JustGiving page and a comment is made.

As gamers, we win.

We win for not being ripped off. We win helping each other out. And we win because giving to charity is full of win.
