• Thanks for taking the time to visit my page to raise money for (CALM)

  Signed up for the Full monty! 100 miles around Hampshire in memory of a good friend Nelson Pratt.

• Nelson was a wonderful friend and snowboard coach. An inspiration in many ways, he had a kind hearted soul, always friendly and happy to lend a hand to anyone. He was up for anything no doubt a 100 miler on the treader (the steel whip) would get him frothing. Endless memories of fun times, he will always be missed, a true Gentleman.

  I am taking on this ride the way Nelly would have wanted. Starting with an executive radge, for those of you who don't know Nelly that would be Porridge, but not just the standard bowl, it would consist of everything in the fruit bowl and all of the nuts out of the cupboards. Nelson loved his radge.

  Due to being in NZ for the past month I have not have had any training for this ride so the challenge is truely on. I am deffo no Bradly Wiggins but will put everything I have in the tank into this!

  THE motto will be as always "pump with the calm". RIDE ON NELLY!
