Matt, Chris & I have got together and decided to raise money for The Multiple Sclerosis Society, a charity that is very close to our hearts.  

Around 100,000 people in the UK are affected by MS and we have decided to dust down our running shoes and participate in a sporting challenge to raise money.

The Challenge is a team-adventure journey that will involve 10k off-road running, 25k mountain biking and 1.5k kayak canoeing (31st Jan)
