Times are tough for lots of us, in many different ways. For some people in Wales, they are tough day after day and the challenges they face can seem daunting. The charity Llamau worked with more than 8,000 vulnerable young people and women last year at risk of homelessness. Work with Cardiff University has demonstrated that around 88% of service users have some form of mental health need. Working together, Llamau achieved an amazing 98% positive outcomes.

I'm a Trustee of Llamau. And on 10 November I shall be sleeping on cardboard for just one night to highlight the issues these individuals face and some of the achievements they make with some support.
