Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
In October 2012, my sister Jessica finished riding out the horses in the morning and complained of a headache. Little did she know it was meningitis and despite the efforts of the James Cook Hospital in Middlesborough, Jess died the next day.
The last time I saw Jess was when we met for a drink at the Blue Bell Inn in the Yorkshire Dales on August Bank Holiday Sunday. So as I approach the five year anniversary, I have galvanised Emily, Gilly and Milla to walk the Yorkshire 3 Peaks with me in aid of the Meningitis Research Foundation.
Your donations would be greatly appreciated and will undoubtedly spur us on for the 24 mile hike up hill and down dale which we will hopefully achieve within 12 hours.
