I'm taking on the sit-up challenge for Shelter! 2,800 sit-ups spread throughout the month of February.

I am fitting this around my radiotherapy treatment. This may prove challenging at times, but is nothing compared to the daily challenges of those living with or facing homelessness.

Every 13 minutes, another family in England becomes homeless. Everyone deserves a safe, secure, and affordable place to call home. With your help Shelter will continue to
campaign relentlessly to tackle the root causes of the housing emergency.
