My 3 reasons for cycling a long way!

1. My dear Daddy dropped down dead at just 63 from a massive heart attack when I was just 21 so raising funds for BHF just seems the right thing to do.

2. In June 2017 I will turn 40 so what better way to celebrate than to challenge myself by cycling a long way!

3. To date (August 2016) I have lost 4 stone and I want to carry on losing so thought cycling a long way might help.
