I’m really excited to tell you that I have been selected to volunteer abroad in Nicaragua with Raleigh International on an International Citizen Service placement.

In February 2017, I will be setting off on a volunteering challenge that will not only be life changing for me but also for those who are a part of the community I will be working with. I'll be making my way to Nicaragua and will be leading a team of 12 volunteers with another team leader to improve water sanitation, hygiene and supporting young entrepreneurs start sustainable businesses that will help support their communities in the future. This is a fantastic opportunity for me to make a positive impact where my ENERGY is needed! If you want me to take part in events to raise awareness please get in touch as I will be happy to hold an event with you in aid of this cause! 

The first part of my placement is a challenge to raise £800 towards helping those disadvantaged communities that I will be working with, so will you help me make sure that some day, a glass of water won't poison someone?

The work Raleigh do makes a massive difference to the communities they help so every spare bit of cash you can donate will be massively appreciated!!
