Hi I'm Kate !

This year I am 30 yrs old, but more importantly it is 10 yrs since I had life saving Cardiac Surgery, 1 major stroke & several T.I.A's.  I am trying to give a little back to The Stroke Association who helped give me my life back !

With the help of Raymond & Anna (2 other Stroke Survivors), I am planning on completing 10 challenges this summer 2016 ! 'Because we can !'

1 - Resolution 5k walk - Done !

2 - Marathon Walk 8 miles - 2nd May - Done !

3 - Step Out for Stroke - 10 miles - 22nd May - Done !

4 - Cave Hill - 26th June - Done !

5 - Slemish - 7th August - Done !

6 - Hare's Gap  - 21st August - Done

7 - Paddle Boarding, Carlingford Lough - 1st October -     Done

8 - The Cloughmore Stone, Slieve Martin - 2nd October - Done 

9 - 300 length swim in Carrick, Valley & Newry pools - Done !

10 - World Stroke Day 30k cycle - 29th October - Done & Dusted !!! x 🎈
