Eleni rwyf yn rhedeg Hanner Marathon Pumsaint (Medi 18) a Marathon Eryri (Hydref 29) er mwyn codi arian tuag at sefydlu 'bereavement suite' yn Ward Dinefwr sef ward mamolaeth Ysbyty Glangwili.  Dyma achos sy'n agos iawn at galon Non a fi ag mae'n wasanaeth sydd wir ei angen ar y ward.  Byddaf yn rhedeg er cof am ein merched Martha ag Olwen.

I am running Pumsaint Half Marathon (September 18) and Snowdon Marathon (October 29) to raise money towards developing a bereavement suite in Dinefwr Ward, the maternity ward at Glangwili Hospital.  This is a cause is very close to me and Non's hearts and it's a service which is very much needed on the ward.  I will be running in memory of our girls Martha and Olwen.
