The 10,000ft Challenge · 3 April 2016

dZi Foundation works in partnership with Nepal's most remote communities to improve quality of life and reduce poverty. This is accomplished through putting communities first, and our investment in projects on the ground is matched in-kind with labor and materials.

Story

I am 15, and I am aiming to become a professional cyclist. I aim to climb 10,000ft in a single ride! The ride will also be a total of 100 miles! I will be riding up and down a hill outside the school I go to (Caistor Grammar) a total of 35 times!  I currently ride for Team dZi - A cycling team that promotes awareness for the dZi Foundation. From education and sanitation to agriculture and transportation, the dZi Foundation improves the lives of many Nepalese; reducing poverty levels. Moreover, the communities that the dZi Foundation work with match every donation pound-to-pound or dollar-to-dollar, with their contribution in time and labour hours. This essentially doubles the impact of your donation!

I will be creating a post regarding the challenge in the near future on my blog: www.chrisdurham.me

Many thanks for the support :)
