I've been nominated numerous times to do the 22 push up challenge. I want to do something a little different and raise money as well as awareness. My challenge is to see how many pushups I can do at once for 22 days. For each push up I do I am asking that people donate 1 penny to the cause which is for the charity PTSD RESOLUTION. They are a fantastic charity that help soldiers with post traumatic stress and their families through the tough road of rehabilitation.
