We are raising money for cancer research by doing the Bear Grylls Survival Race! It's a 10k race with multiple obstacles and survival challenges!

Though it's a huge challenge, as none of us are fit enough, it's nothing compared to the challenges faced by those suffering from cancer. Unfortunately we all know someone who's been affected by cancer but cancer research is helping thousandsss of lives everyday!

A few UK cancer facts for you:

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer during their lifetime. Cancer accounts for 29% of all deaths. However cancer survival is improving and has doubled in the last 40 years. 50% of people diagnosed with cancer will now survive it for 10years or more.
