ELSPETH SPALL is raising money for Havens Hospices
Story
In a year like no other, our community is coming together to celebrate Halloween in a covid-secure way! We are organising three contactless trails for you to participate in.
We are fundraising for Havens Hospices and the incredible work that they do to support local individuals and families at the most difficult of times.
The trails will run from 2pm on Friday 30th October to 7pm until Sunday 1st November 2020 to allow everyone to take part safely.
HOW CAN YOU PARTICIPATE?
1. Decorate your home and garden, print off and display our Pumpkin Trail Poster (available on FB or in the update section below) in your window.
2. Dress up in your spookiest costumes and download the three Pumpkin Trail Maps. At each of the addresses shown, you will find a scary letter displayed. Jot it down and when you reach the end of the trail, rearrange the letters to find a Halloween themed word. Post a photo on our FB page when you have completed the trail.
3. If you have enjoyed the trail and would like to donate, please do so through this dedicated JustGiving page. Remember to Gift Aid your donation, if you are eligible, as this makes such a difference to the amount that Havens Hospices receive.
RULES
• Please ensure that you comply with the prevailing Government rules (we would list them but they seem to change faster than we can type!). All participants do so at their own risk.
• Please do not knock on doors and ensure that children are accompanied by an adult. This is a contactless trail to keep everyone safe.
• Please remember to take your trail map, a pen and have great fun!
