Story

Edward is almost 4 years old and he has been diagnosed with a serious eating disorder.

He is not able to feed normally, and every single meal is a challenge.

He barely wants to touch solid foods, will refuse to feed himself and finds it very difficult to chew or swallow. In fact, the idea of eating is quite terrifying for him and will only eat liquidised food through syringe. Edward needs Help, your Help.

We have found a therapy programme to enable normal food to be introduced to his diet and to calm his fears when it comes to food and to be able to enjoy food and give him the right nutrition.

Please Help Edward, it will help us face one of the toughest times imaginable.

Thank you for reading Edward story.

7.5% of all donations to Tree of Hope in relation to this appeal will be allocated to the general charitable purposes of Tree of Hope to cover our core operating costs.

If we raise insufficient funds, or surplus funds, then the funds will be used, if appropriate, to fund support for our child’s needs in accordance with Tree of Hope’s charitable objects.  If in those circumstances we are unable to use all or part of the funds for the benefit of our child in accordance with Tree of Hope’s charitable objectives, then any funds that cannot be used will be transferred to be used for the general charitable purposes of Tree of Hope.
