Story
Some of you know I love a good fitness competition and the latest one at Xercise4Less is no different. I would absolutely LOVE to win the trip to New York but I am seizing it as a golden opportunity to push myself and try and help others along the way. I have decided that to make the competition a bit more of a challenge I am going to complete my very own NYC 'Triathlon' which I have made up of:
CYCLING 330 miles (The length of the state)
ROWING 315 miles (The length of the Hudson River)
Running laps of Central Park at 6 miles a time
I will be working towards this over the course of the competition - which ends in March- whilst also completing 102 floors on the stepper machine every day to represent the floors in the Empire State Building.
I'm sure you'll agree it is a challenge, but one I'm definitely up for!
I appreciate that not everyone will be able to donate to this wonderful cause however every little bit helps and even if I don't win the trip, at least I know that I will have helped someone, somewhere.
