In October 2022 I’ll be trekking in India to raise vital funds for Refuge.

Refuge work extremely hard to protect and support women and children who are victims of domestic abuse. On any given day Refuge supports more than 6,500 clients, helping them rebuild their lives and overcome many different forms of violence and abuse.

During lockdown, calls to their national helpline went up 66% and now more than ever they need our help.

This is why I’ve signed up to raise £4000 for Refuge in their 50th year next year by taking on the TrekHER50 challenge.

I’ll be travelling to India for 10 days in October 2022 to complete 5 days trekking and also visit some amazing women’s projects whilst we’re there.
