We're dedicated to beating blood cancer. We fund research and support those affected. Since 1960, we've invested over £500 million in blood cancer research, transforming treatments and saving lives. The day we beat blood cancer is now in sight and our researchers are determined to finish the job.

Story

Dear All

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Another year means another cycle challenge. This time, I’m going to ride from Lands End to John O’Groats in the Deloitte Ride Across Britain. I’ve self-funded my place on the ride so every pledge of yours goes to the charity. I’ll be riding 969 miles (108 miles a day) across this great country and climbing 15,000 metresover 9 days.

I’m doing this in aid of Bloodwise. Cancer is a disease that has taken people I know and love, including my father 20 years ago. I’ve also seen people recover from it as treatments and medical practices advance. To do this takes money, lots of money.

I’ve been training for this since October and you can follow my progress on Strava at http://www.strava.com/athletes/2371959

Many thanks and it would be great to see any of you on the route to give us some support (http://www.rideacrossbritain.com/home/lands-end-to-john-ogroats-route/) in September!

Eugene
