The Laura Crane Trust became Project Youth Cancer on World Cancer Day 2023 and supports teenagers and young adults with cancer, through treatment and beyond. Project Youth Cancer invests in the future of cancer patients through age-targeted research and offers a range of mental wellbeing support.

Story

As we reflect on the success of Team GB in the Olympics and count down to the 2016 Paralympics, The Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust Ambassadors, led by cancer survivor and amputee Sarah Dransfield are taking on a challenge of their own and #GettingToughOnCancer

With its ongoing  youth targeted cancer research programme and projects to tackle the devastation caused by cancer, The Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust is GETTING TOUGH ON CANCER. Will you?

Collectively we want to travel 5,848 miles, the distance from Yorkshire to Rio during September to coincide with the Olympics and Paralympics. Will you join us?

You can cycle, run, row, walk... do whatever you can and ask
people to support your physical challenge by making a donation to the
#GettingToughOnCancer campaign.

However you choose to support, please share your pictures…
and make them tough! #GettingToughOnCancer
