Gruffydd is raising money for Velindre Cancer Centre in memory of his grandfather – Alan. Velindre is a specialist cancer hospital in Cardiff that treats patients from the whole of Wales . Alan received excellent treatment and care there during his battle with a rare form of cancer before he passed away at the age of 49.

In order to say 'thank you' to the hospital and to help other people, four year old Gruffydd is going to participate in the Invcbl run in Cardiff in October.

Gruffydd has already completed two runs this year. Firstly the Iron kids run in Tenby on October 17th and next the Cardiff University fun run on October 1st.

Gruffydd has been training with a few runs so please help him reach his target :-)
